"Handy for the city centre, restaurants and the metro which also links to the airport train. Friendly staff 24x7. Our room could have done with a spruce up, the bathroom in particular. The shower screen seal was dirty with mould and the shower head didn't stay upright on its riser so was basically pointing at the wall away from you. "Decent location, nice staff, strange decor/style which seemed to really date the property. The air conditioning barely cooled down the room. The bathroom curtains are very sheer and so it was extremely hot in the bathroom, even at 10am with the blazing sun on a high floor. It was 30 degrees C during our 1 night stay in May so quite miserable sleeping/showering."

"Central location minutes from many restaurants. Good comfortable bed. There was a massive lamp over our bed which was a great feature but didn't work so didn't understand the purpose. We stayed on the 3rd floor and there was a very unattractive stain on the floor. There were inconsistencies with the staff helpfulness. I had asked the woman cleaning our room to leave an extra towel which she forgot to do. When I got back to the hotel and realised there wasn't a towel I called reception and was...

"We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very kind. The location is incredibly convenient and the rooms are quiet and clean. The only complaint would be that the shower door leaked, but otherwise everything was perfect. The all day snacks and coffee in the bar area was appreciated. The breakfast was somewhat small but had everything you would need to start the day. I would stay here again for sure!"
