"Four Complaints - all related. First, I requested (and received) an accessible room (I stayed in Room # 109 to be exact) - but there was no hand held wand in the shower - which many handicapped people (me included) absolutely require. "Breakfast was very good."

"My room was nice and the staff was friendly, the tv wasn’t very user friendly when it came to setting up my Xbox"
