"First of all let me compliment the Staff. The owners were great, nothing was too much bother. They answered every need and such lovely people. The room was clean, serviced and made up every day. "Had a large room at the front of the hotel with views of the Sapa hills. Worth a few extra bucks to wake up to that view each morning! The breakfast buffet was great, well stocked and lots of variety. Used the laundry services a couple of times, visited the rooftop pool. The hotel is on the edge of town, it is a 10 minute uphill walk to the centre of town, but there are plenty of grab cars nearby. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel!"
