"Kahana Villa is, overall, a decent and solid place to stay on Maui. It’s a great location in west Maui, it’s central to everything like Kaanapali and Kapalua. Kahana Beach is just a few steps away and although it’s small we had a great time there. Kahana Villa is an older property, looks like it may have been built in the’60s or’70s and needs renovation. "Our stay was perfect!! Front office was so friendly when we checked in and out. It was so close to everything—beautiful beach, good food, shops. The only down sides, both of which were out of our control, were that one of the parking lots was closed for construction which wasn’t an huge inconvenience. Also, our building was having some roof work done. Will definitely stay here again!!"

"We had such a good time staying here! There was 11 of us, 5 of which were kids, we had 2 condos and there was plenty of room for all of us. One of our rooms overlooked the pool which was great with the kids. There were two bbq set ups, one at the pool and one under a covered area near the tennis courts. We liked bbqing at both places. "When booking we were not informed of no air conditioning. My wife has asthma and she can not stay in any unit without A/C. As per the unit! It was nice, Not beachfront as stated! BUT! "It’s a lovely and quiet area the beach is right across the street. Restaurant and shopping center are within a 10 to 15 min walk. They also provide towels, chairs, an umbrella and a cooler to use to take with you to the beach. The place is very clean and I cannot wait to go back."
