"Mold on walls. No towels provided and when asked the staff said there were no towels in the hotel. Dirty bathroom. Very thin walls meaning we could here everything from the next room."

My bathroom was clean, but the carpet in the bedroom had not been vacuumed well, bits of dirt were by the trash can. I arrived on Friday and my room was not cleaned for 4 days. "Lovely villa and convenient location for Porth beach. We had booked for 5 but on arrival there was only bedding and towels for 4. Staff sorted this out super quickly and could not be more helpful. The pool was heated so was a good alternative to braving the freezing seas!"
