"Check-in was so smooth. Very kind and courteous to us after a long day of travel in snow.. The room and bathroom were spotless. The beds were great. Because we checked in so late, they were gracious enough to give us a late checkout. It made all the difference in the world for us. The only issue I had was the toilets. I've had two knee replacements and the toilets are the old kind that you almost have to sit on the floor. My knees made it very difficult to get up. Great restaurants just...

"Pleasant staff, lobby was welcoming with holiday decorations and had a cute gift wrapping station. Parking was easy, room was clean and well stocked. Our family enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Great amenities and location. "
