"Couldn't order diner because the kitchen closed early, and the male staff member was very rude and unprofessional about it. He then closed the bar early, even while there was a line of people still checking in, and waiting to order. Then to top off the rude and unprofessional staff member, the bed felt like it had been acquired from an op shop 20 years ago and dressed with linen that stunk. Very disappointed"

"Although the room was clean, I don't think that the room was cleaned during my stay.
The toilet did not flush properly.
I could not find the free to air channels on the TV.
The shower had nowhere to put soap or toiletries
I could not sleep the first night because of roadworks nearby and my room was on the side where the roadworks were being done and not away from the roadworks. I would have thought that guests would be accommodated in rooms away from the road works.
The room was very basic....

The grounds and pool were beautifully maintained and the lovely lady at the bar was friendly, welcoming and most helpful.
