"The property is in terrible condition. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Sink wouldn’t shut off. When you walked in the room the whole place reeked of weed smell. Honestly this hotel is falling down around their ears. Staff was super friendly and tried to be helpful but this place is horrible. I don’t see how it can get even close to the star rating it has. I would never stay there again."

I attempted to cancel my reservation only to be offered a 50% refund per the hotel policy. I decided to try this hotel the first room that they put me in did not have a fitted sheet on the mattress. "We had a fantastic stay at the Beach House. The manager was super helpful and welcoming. The bed was comfortable (although the pillows were not great). The weather was warm but not hot during our stay, and the room was comfortable. We loved being able to open the door and allow the breeze into the room. "The property looks very clean on the outside in pictures but the exterior walls have not been cleaned in a very long time. The lobby to check in was very clean. The room was very clean as well. Very well stocked with towels, washcloths, and hand towels.
