"The staff were super friendly, and the hotel was quaint. The beach was kind of rocky, but that’s part of the terrain. Air conditioner could have been a little stronger, but it was fine for me. Great overall stay."

"All good except the condition of male sauna and steam rooms, stayed 5 days the last day the steam was working better but the sauna was definitely not up to 79-80 degrees Celsius during my stay. Steam has massive amounts of mould on ceiling that needs to be fixed with new plastic sheet not slats. Sauna is losing heat and heater is not fit for purpose. Breakfast was impressive and coffee awesome, all staff were professional at all times. Room was suitable to my needs, clean and fresh everyday. Very comfortable bed and pillows."

"My husband and I enjoying the shang Lia.staff are very helpful.Spa and massage are wonderful.private beach are beautiful,Sand so white beach water are so clean blue can see all the fish swimming around. Will be coming back again next year"

"I had such an amazing stay. The staff went that extra mile and their kindness is truly unmatched. I unfortunately got sick on my last day (no fault of the hotels) and they let me check out hours later free of charge and they also had an onsite nurse which came numerous times to administer light medication. As a traveler from Australia this practice isn’t common and I didn’t even know it was an option. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay. Also, the buffet breakfast and ammenities were superb!"

"We had a very pleasant stay at Waterfront Airport Hotel & Casino. The location is extremely convenient, especially for travelers with an early flight, since it is just across from the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and we also enjoyed the dinner buffet. Overall, it was a relaxing and convenient stay before our flight. One small area for improvement would be the room lighting, especially having a better night light near the bed, and more conveniently located electrical outlets or bedside charging ports.
