"Lovely beautiful hotel, if not ever so slightly dated in its decor, however it’s beautifully maintained. My room was exceptionally comfortable and the location fantastic. The staff were not overly welcoming and I also had to provide a deposit at check-in despite having paid for my room already. This practice seems a bit outdated and is very none customer friendly. You demand an immediate deposit but then won’t/can’t refund people’s money back immediately… I didn’t like this at all and three days later still haven’t got MY money back. Breakfast catered for a wide range of tastes, continental, cooked eggs and local cuisines which was lovely. A nice place to stay, staff aside."

"The hotel location is very convenient and close to all shopping district and sight seeing. The room is very specious. The view is terrific, especially during the night! Breakfast has many choices western and local Shanghai cuisine. I want to specially address is that the front desk staff is very helpful and friendly, when they knew I am celebrating my sixty’s birthday with may family members and I am loyal customer to JW Marriott, the supervisor help us to upgrade our room to executive suite for free and we be able to access the executive lounge which had Fantastic view of Shanghai. We did enjoyed at lounge! Also on my birthday night when we went back to our room, we saw the birthday cake , Chinese ZongZhi and birthday card on the bar counter! We were so grateful! The hotel staff was so thoughtful and generous! To the end, we really enjoyed our two nights stay at JW Marriott Shanghai Tomorrow Square. Highly recommended. If we ever visit Shanghai, we will definitely stay this hotel again!"

"We got two king size bed suite. The beds were very comfy with very good quality linens. The hosts were very nice and assisted us with airport transportation. Location is very convenient. Around 13 minutes walk to Nanjing Pedestrian Street and 10 minutes walk to the nearest shopping mall - 上海大悦城."
