The hotel lobby is located at the 3rd floor. Staff are very hospitable and very helpful. Wifi is really good, but I rarely use it because I have a great data plan with China mobile that can access the internet outside of Mainland. Lots of good local shops outside the hotel. There's a really good pancake shop nearby. Don't miss it. "
