The hotel is split between tower 1& 2 and on day 2 they cancelled breakfast in tower 2 so tower 2 was chaotic fir a fee days squeezing everyone in 1 restaurant. Besides that it was very nice staff were apologetic and helpful

The hotel was cleaned, air condition was working as it should. The staff was friendly, polite and very nice. Hotel very close to Haram. The breakfast was excellent eat and drink all you can no limit. My only complaint was the refrigerator not working. Overall experience 4 stars. Please replace the refrigerator for better ones. No regrets thank you so much for good customer service.
