The room was clean, the staff were very nice, and because we stayed during Ramadan they offered us free iftar instead of the free breakfast, and it was delicious. The only issue we had were that the shuttle was unavailable the first couple days, so don't depend on it if you plan to stay here

Everything was great. Room was clean. Friendly, nice, polite staff. Healthy breakfast (not wide variety, but great quality for free) Indeed it’s a little far from the prophet’s mosque, but shuttle bus is available (free, 6 times a day). We had a very comfortable and spacious 2 bedroom, 2bath suite with large living space and 2 refrigerators. Very quiet even looking out on main street. Helpful bus service to reach the Masjid an-Nabawi, but we walked back because the hotel was quite close. The wifi was excellent also. Staff very helpful and friendly especially when we need to fix a problem in the room, and also authorized us to leave a day early. Good breakfast with several options and freshly cooked eggs.
