"First and foremost, the front desk staff was amazing! She was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, especially when we checked in late. When I mentioned we needed to check out early for my daughter’s swimming meet, she even offered to arrange an early breakfast for us, which was very thoughtful.
The room was clean overall, but could use some updates. The chair was dusty, and there was a noticeable black spot on the lampshade. The Wi-Fi was fast, which was a plus.
My main concern was the door lock. It felt a little loose even when closed and locked, and since our room door was outside the main building, it made me a little uncomfortable.
Waffle House is conveniently located right across the hotel and within walking distance. The area was okay, but I wouldn’t feel completely comfortable staying alone. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and the great customer service made a big difference!"
