You can’t enter the property before your check in time, you can’t leave your luggage before your check in time. You can’t control your room temperature. The customer service is a chat. The building doesn’t have an elevator. This can’t be called a hotel it is more like a hostel.

If the technology worked perfectly, this would be a great place to stay. We had at least 4 inconveniences with the self-service technology, including staying outside of the property without being able to enter. Also, self-checkout failed, so I think it is a great idea and it can be a great place to stay, but they need to improve their technology and make sure it will not fail.

Nice bed but could not shower later in the evening because there was not hot water. Room was cold and heater did not work only had a small space heater that didn’t really do much for two people. Only two towels for 2 nights. Good wifi and getting into the room was pretty easy and close to a metro station.

The room was spacious and clean but it was freezing cold, the "heater" is old and small and you can feel some warm only if you stand right before it, the bathroom isn't heated at all and having a shower was a terrible experience because of it, I highly suggest to go in summer only. I woud also suggest to put a mirror in the room because I had to stand in the shared hall (colder than the room) to do some things. Appreciated that after a 5 minute walk you reach the subway and in 20 minutes you reach the airport.

Esta empresa no fue capaz de ofrecernos un cambio de fecha de un dia para el siguiente con 15 dias de antelacion, solo contestaban con mensajes automaticos que decian que podia reservar el siguiente dia pero que no me devolvian nada del dia anterior, eso no es un cambio es JETA, Son unos sinverguenzas. Ademas las fotos no muestran la realidad de las instalaciones que son de muy baja calidad, lo mas barato que encontraron.

Uma boa experiência

Viajei três noites para Madrid sozinha. Escolhi um quarto com casa de banho privativa. Gostei bastante da minha estadia. A limpeza e conforto do quarto são excelentes. O serviço de quarto é um extra pago, do qual não tive necessidade de usufruir. Achei o método de check in e check out super moderno e intuitivo, tal como o método de abertura de portas. O único contra a apontar é o facto das paredes dos quartos serem muito fininhas e todo o barulho dos restantes hóspedes é audível. Tive a sorte de só ir ao quarto para dormir e ter vizinhos conscientes. Uma experiência a repetir e aconselhar.
