Very nice location, good neighborhood. As with all of Madrid, inflation has caused room rate to almost double in the last five years. The towel rod and shelf were coming loose from the wall. Otherwise, the room was simple but had everything needed. A good place to stay.

I had a lovely experience staying in this hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and the ones at the desk were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the airconditioning was divine.

A very clean room that’s spacious for two, and very accessible by metro. However, no bar soap was given for toiletries which was unexpected. We also encountered severe clogging with our shower, which took forever to drain all the water. Finally, we could only use the hair dryer on the low power setting because it wouldn’t work on the high setting which was a bit inconvenient.

I liked that it was clean and in a solid neighborhood. There is a laundromat around the corner and great places to eat nearby. I did not enjoy the front desk staff calling my room at 1am and 2am and yelling in Spanish for absolutely no reason. Checking out in the morning was hostile and completely baffling. I was wondering why the place was so cheap!

The property was in a convenient location, an easy drive to the airport. Good food options. Our room was a good size. The bathroom was a bit odd, with a shower mounted quite low on the wall. The shower area itself was worn and didn’t seem as clean as the rest of the place. It was also noisy: loud traffic all night and lots of people noise from outside until at least midnight.

The Location was good- Not far away from the Metro Station and only 10 min. From the City. It is a clean and Little Hotel. The room is small but enough for a City Trip. The employees were nice, but Not everybody were able to speak english. It is directly at a Main street so you hear the Cars the whole Night when you have a light sleep. There is a bakery with good coffee and a Supermarket and some restaurants close to the Hotel. We would come back for a Short City Trip because it is clean and the Price per Night is totally ok.

The double bedroom is pretty small for 2 people. There is no place to put the suitcase. The bathroom is pretty small as well. Our room is facing to the street. It is noisy. And it is hard to sleep for us. All the rest is good. Staff is very friendly and polite. It is a 3-4 minutes walk distance from the metro staion Quintana if you chose the right exit. The neighborhood is safe and lively.

I originally booked a four-night stay. I was able to check in late due to a delayed flight, but the room was terrible and I ended up checking out after one night. The sheets were unbelievably itchy. The toilet seat was broken and falling off. The general repair of the room was not good. The deadbolt lock only worked by putting my entire body weight into lifting the door upwards, so the lock could deploy. It did not feel safe. The only positive was a strong aircon unit, so the room was cool. Other than that, I couldn’t stay in itchy sheets for four nights. Not sleeping for one night was enough. The woman at the desk didn’t even ask why I was checking out early when I left. Big waste of money and would not recommend.

The room was clean but I found toilet paper inside the toilet, which wasn’t a great first impression. Other than that, the room itself looked clean, the shower had a nice pressure and everything worked properly.
