Not too far from renfe train station. Takes around 30 minutes to reach the city centre. Overall good. No AC till June 1st. Thankfully it was not that hot when we stayed early May.

I loved how close it was to La Serna station. Once you hop on that train which comes frequently, you can easily get into central Madrid. There is a McDonald's nearby and an Aldi (grocery store). My room was spacious and clean. I was happy with the condition of my room. The housekeeper also came everyday to tidy my room, throw out trash etc. They provide hand soap and shampoo which doubles as body wash. My Do Not Disturb sign for my room door was missing which I did not like and I could not figure out how to use the safe, also there was no fridge in the room. But for the price I paid, the location was convenient, safe and the room was spacious and clean so I would stay again if passing through Madrid.

The property is an older type of building, but it still maintained a modern touch. The continental breakfast was nice. The neighborhood is quaint and offers a few places to get food to get. Convenient to regional train service (walking distance) and about 25 minutes from downtown Madrid. A bargain

Hotel is near a train station (approx. 400 meters) and lot of restaurants / bars / coffee shops in a 600 meters radius. Room is clean, bathroom size is acceptable though a bit small. No refrigerator, safe not working during our stay ( they did send technician on first day but he can not fix the problem). The noise from the train track early in the morning may bother some people. We just closed the windows and turn on the AC to minimize the decibel level. I will go back to Hotel Las Provonvias without hesitation. Just wishing they have an ice machine in the lobby :)

Me parece alejada del centro y del aeropuerto, solo se llega por tren y toma tiempo el desplazamiento para cualquier lugar toma tiempo. Está bien para descansar e incluye desayuno

Bien, pero ruidoso.

El hotel está bastante bien. La cama es cómoda y la habitación es amplia. La zona está bien conectada y hay aparcamiento, además de opción de parking en el hotel. El principal problema son los trenes, se escuchan demasiado. Y, por si fuera poco, la noche fue intensa de ruidos, porque además en nuestra planta pusieron a invitados de una boda y cuando llegaron no pararon de dar golpes, carreras y risas.

Se quedaba en la nevera de habitación, botellas de agua usadas de huéspedes anteriores !! También en el suelo salió otra botellita vacía y sin limpiar la habitación para tirar a la basura! Además por el paso de Renfe justo a lado , muy ruidosa fue nuestra habitación. NO es recomendable para personas como yo que vienen a Madrid por el motivo de trabajo para irse a Centro ! Esta muy lejos y mucho tráfico!

El personal simpático y corecto. La habitacion se nota que ya tiene unos años esta un poco anticuada, el colchon y la almohada muy comodos. Un poco humedad en el techo del baño y la silicona de la bañera un poco enegrecida. El tren pasa pegado al edificio y aunque tengas la ventana cerrada se le oye un poco. La zona bien tienes: bares, restaurantes, tiendas y la estacion del tren cerca. Por 50€ la noche para 2 personas esta correcto.
