The space was beautiful, the shuttle was timely, the staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was excellent! I wish I had checked the availability of the pool ahead of time; unfortunately, it was closed for the season. The staff at the front desk accommodated an early check-in for us, which was very helpful since our flight came in around 9am. It was the perfect place to rest up before we took the train out of Madrid.

Great layover in Madrid Barajas as always The staff always helpful and kind. One feels welcome and at home Rooms are comfortable. The linens in the beds are so comfortable, 100% thick cotton for sure. All impeccably clean And it is actually 40 min by metro from the center of Madrid. It is even a good place to stay for tourism for a good price!

I would stay at the hotel again in a heartbeat. The airport shuttle was a great benefit, being quick, and efficient. The property is well maintained and staff were all friendly. It's located in a downtown zone of the small city of Barajas; there's a grocery store and a pharmacy very nearby and other dining options, as well.
