The hotel is in an excellent location, surrounded by great restaurants and within walking distance of Retiro Park and Madrid’s main tourist attractions. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was modern, minimalist, and simple. Everything was very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great location close to Metro and lots of great dining options and great shopping in the neighborhood. The neighborhood is super cute, super artsy quirky (which greatly appeals to me), close enough to the major sights but away from the core touristy madness and the staff are amazingly helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for home base for Madrid and surrounding areas explorations!

Staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and not cramped. The shower was great--with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The pillows were fluffy!! We did not eat breakfast at the hotel but it smelled amazing.

This place is a good, if not great, place to stay. Staff were helpful. Breakfast didn't have everything, but covered what we needed. Local area was a bit noisy and the external soundproofing wasn't that good. Excellent restaurants in the area, especially La Musa on the same street. It was about 30 mins walk from the main sights which was easy.

I stayed here for 3 days for a work trip, while the staff truly made the experience great with their kindness and helpfulness, the facilities could use some improvement. Every team member went out of their way to assist and create a welcoming atmosphere, which I really appreciated. Overall, the exceptional service made up for the shortcomings in facilities, but a few updates would make it even better.

Stylish hotel in a fun but noisy neighborhood

Beautiful looking room but lacked some essentials. No coffee machine or even a kettle in the room. No conditioner for shower. Windows were not soundproofed and the street outside was very noisy at night. Neighbourhood was great though, lots of restaurants and bars nearby.
