"We enjoyed our stay at the property and would stay again. It is in a great location with a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the Peak 9 lift. Parking is really easy in an underground structure. The gym was nice as were the hot tubs. Charter sports is located on the property but Christy’s is a 3 mins walk away as well. "Booked this hotel because it advertised that breakfast was included. When we walked down on our first morning, we found out that it was NOT included. But the staff was extremely nice, room was clean and the shuttle drop off/pick up was great! Also, be aware that there is a charge to valet/park your vehicle per night."

"The Village is in a great location. Unit was clean and comfortable. Major problem is that you advertise free parking and they do not comply with that. You need to fix that and I also blame The Village management as they should have honored what you advertised seeing the are affiliated with you. The staff where not helpful. "

"The rooms were very clean. We loved the fireplace and access to the trails nearby. The location is amazing because you can be near anything you need within 3-5 minutes. I really liked how they had extra garage bags, cleaning supplies for dishes and an onsite washer/dryer. We visited from Tennessee and loved having the humidifiers in every bedroom. "Hayley at check in was super nice, our room was ready before check-in time. Hotel was beautiful in general. However, our room was very warm. We were able to open a window which helped. The breakfast was not great, sausage overcooked, powdered scrambled eggs were not good, out of coffee."

"Great location with a beautiful mountain view. The unit is a bit outdated, but the kitchen is well equipped with plenty of supplies. The check-in process was very smooth, and the staff was friendly — we even received our apartment earlier than expected, which was a nice bonus. What I didn’t like about this rental concept is that guests are required to make the beds, take out the trash, and leave all utensils in the dishwasher before leaving.
