"This was our first time staying at Juniper Resort, and we absolutely loved it. Danny, at the front desk, was very accommodating by letting us check-in at noon since we got there early. Our one-bedroom suite was very nice and spacious with great mountain views. The resort had all of the typical amenities. The big winner for me was the resort offered a free personal shuttle service. That saved us time and comfort instead of waiting for one of the public transits."

"The Village was beautiful! Location fantastic! Two minute walk to the FREE gondola. Spectaular ten minute ride to the Canyon Ski Lodge. This particular unit was very nicely decorated and equipped. The ONLY thing I didn’t like is that there is no view from the room. Its surrounded with buildings. Very enclosed. The sky is barely visible. To enjoy Mammoth you need to leave the room. Which isn’t such a bad thing ;)"

"We were moving my mother’s belongings for her in a U-Haul, but decided to take a scenic route through the eastern Sierras and have a couple of nice stays on the way. When I pulled up in front to check in, the bell hop seemed annoyed, even condescending that we had pulled up in a U-Haul. He rather snidely informed us that there was no parking for over-sized vehicles, and then directed me to move it to their loading dock doors (the vehicle was not blocking the driveway in front of the hotel). "This hotel gave old school ski resort vibes, super charming interior with updated decor and amenities. Spa area with hot tub and sauna was awesome. Room was very clean and spacious, great view, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Lots of hot water and a heater in the bathroom, everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend: 10/10!"

"Location is great. Our room was large, but a bit dated. The TV was not working on our 1st night and someone came, late at night, to fix it which was appreciated. Despite a 10pm hot tub quiet time, people were still in it long after that. Since our room was right next to the hot tub, it was loud."

"The location was prime! Lots of restaurants, bars and breweries within walking distance and a short drive to the mountain. We enjoyed our updated room at the Sierra House. It seems some things are still under construction as the building was very new but that didn't bother us a bit. The steam and sauna are slightly outdated but again that doesn't matter to us. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"Our stay was disrupted by excessive noise from the room next door until 3 AM due to a loud party. When we reached out to hotel staff for help, we were told to deal with it ourselves by knocking on their door. This response was unprofessional and unacceptable. Guests should be able to rely on staff to handle disturbances, especially late at nigh"
