"This was our second stay here. The staff is still amazing. This is an old building. It has old building things. That’s called character. We got a larger room this time with a courtyard facing window. Being converted from 200 year old townhouses, these rooms are quirky. Again, it’s a 200 year old building. There are noises. "The staff were so friendly. Kendra at the front desk was amazing, the man who helped us with valet parking and our bags upon arrival was amazing (I’m blanking on his name!). It was right off Bourbon street so we walked everywhere which was so convenient, but far enough away that we didn’t hear partying while we were trying to sleep. The AC in our room was spectacular as well as everything else they had to offer! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in New Orleans "
