Unser Zimmer war dreckig, 3 Mal Zimmerservice geholt für Kissen und decke, Bad hatte schimmel. Hinter den Vorhänge dreckig staubig. Altes Zimmer, klima hat ziemlich gerochen.

Se cercate il lusso non è il posto gusto, le camere della struttura centrale non sono un gran che mentre le camere nei cottage sono spaziose e moderne. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, spiaggia bella con ottimo accesso direttamente alla piscina e dal bar. Oltre ai 3 ristoranti della struttura a pochi minuti di distanza a piedi ci sono diversi bar ristoranti, ottima zona. Colazione buona , ampia scelta di dolce e salato , peccato per la poca scelta di frutta .

Les chambres sont vetustes et ont vraiment besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Le frigo et la bouilloire etaient dans un tres mauvais etat. Les serviettes sont usees par le nombre de lavage. Le personnel est agreable et l'emplacement est idel.

Nous sommes venus en 2018...Aujourdh'ui ce n'est plus des touristes qui débarquent ce sont des pigeons : Arrivée à l'aéroport 145 euros de taxe arrivée à l'hotel 135 euros premier repas à la pizzeria Berjaya 2 aperol une pizza un fish and ships une bouteille d'eau facturés 138 euros vu en faisant mes comptes à domicile. Un membre du personnel nous propose une sortie avec le bateau de son cousin 130 euros puis 300 euros le lendemain le soir je reçois un sms me disant qu'en fin de compte ça coutera 800 euros....Niveau accueil on a toujours l'impression de déranger...

Berjaya’s prime location on Beau Vallon's main beach and its spacious facility are definite advantages, complemented by friendly staff. It’s one of the most strategic stays in Mahé island. However, cleanliness, particularly in the bathrooms and the shared "refreshing room," lacks proper sanitation between guests. The kitchen's poor ventilation causes unpleasant odours to permeate the guest rooms corridors. The hotel needs to improve the vents and insulation.

Good option by the beach

Fine location. Nice choice of restaurants. Weather not so good so we did not get to enjoy the hotel in full.

Nice staff. Good facilities but way over-priced. Reminds me of a large u.s. motel for the price of a hotel. Room sofa seemed to never have been cleaned or vacuumed.

Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Anlage jedoch sehr sauber, großes Zimmer/Bad, aber leider kein Balkon. Vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet - jeden Tag andere Früchte/Fruchtsäfte, Eierspeisen werden nach Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Abends stehen verschiedene Restaurants (Pizzeria, etc...) in der Anlage zur Auswahl - für Abwechslung sorgen auch weitere Restaurants (z.B. La Plage, Boat House,...) entlang des Strands. Personal generell sehr freundlich und gute Englischkenntnisse. Leckere Cocktails und Milchshakes werden sogar an die Liegen am Strand serviert

We like the property and have stayed here many times, but this time we found many faults eg on arrival the tv wasn't working one of the remotes was missing the safe was broken had to fix it, the spar had Alge coming out of the jets then the power went out as there was a short in the spa It went on and on. usually we have some faults but this time it was a litany of faults . This time one plus was the only time we had hot water all the time . We stayed at the HENNESSY hotel in MAURITUS and we could not fault it, and it was a 4 star hotel. We doubt we will stay at Berjaya again , pity as the beach and the property surrounds make for a great stay

Pas d'animation ni en journée, ni en soirée. Marelas à ressorts qui vous fait mal. Restaurants Canton et Pizzeria service trop long, 2h pour dinner. Bâtiment necessitant une rénovation. Piscine et qualité des repas corrects.

Bra läge på stranden men dyrt hotell.

Väldigt långsam incheckning vi fick vänta 45 min fast vi var där sent på eftermiddagen. Hårda sängar men fin strand. Dyrt på hotellet.

The hotel is a decent place to stay and inexpensive compared to other places, however it is by no means cheap. A few annoying things: even though there are two people checking in the room, they give you only one key. They had to actually cut out an extra key for me at the price of SCR 150(abt USD 20, no refund upon return of the key). There are no elevators - the 2 flights of stairs in the scorching heat was quite something. When climbing up the said stairs there are nice picture glass windows but they are dirty, which is really bad as this is the first impression of the hotel you get as you go up to your room. All in all, our stay was pleasant. The girls at the reception desk were very courteous and helpful; especially as our luggage had gone astray in the airline system. The room service was good. The bed was comfortable. Out of the 3 restaurants, two of them were very good but expensive. The pizzeria resto was not especially good. The busboys at reception were very helpful to carry our luggage up and down the infernal stairs. Would I go back to stay there one day? Yes, I would!!!

Beautiful beach

The hotel is right on a beautiful beach with lots of lounge chairs. Swimming is great with just enough waves to make it fun. The Indian restaurant on site has really good food.
