"Staff were super welcoming on arrival, rooms were clean and the restaurant, while expensive, had great offerings and convenient food. Room was a bit dated, but it was clean, quiet and dark. Super easy to get to from LHR. I would easily stay again if flying in or out and needing a place to stay for a night."

"The door had little soundproofing. My room was across from some kind of club room, staff were clanking bottles and what sounded like power washing tubs or buckets from 10 to 11pm. Not great for a 4am wake up."

"The receptionist name was Dhruti. We are arrived 2hrs before checking in time. Dhruti was happy and helpful to welcome us. We checked in without delay, nothing seemed too much trouble for this lady. We hope the Manager reads this message, front of house staff are really important and Dhruti sets a high standard for customer service."

"Everything was excellent If I had to be hyper critical the room was very warm and the air conditioning didn’t help a lot"

"The hotel itself is very good. But we used it for a preflight stay at 6am in the morning. They put us in a room directly behind the lifts and we didn’t get any sleep with the lift going up and down - then the hallway down slamming after everyone exited. They probably would have moved us if asked, but we got to the room at 10.30 and had to be awake at 3am. Just beware and check they don’t put you in that room!!"
