"Location is great, a few minutes to the airport with the hotel free airport shuttle.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
My son and I ordered room service food and it was a robot room service delivery. That was cool.
We enjoyed our one night stay at the hotel.

"Overall we had a good stay at the motel. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient. Most parts of the experience were smooth and enjoyable.
The only major issue was the airport shuttle service. We paid $15 to book the 6am shuttle to the airport, but it never arrived. We waited until 6:30am with no communication or update from the motel. In the end, we had to book an Uber ourselves for a very similar price just to make our flight.
What was most disappointing...

"The staff were genuinely friendly, helpful, and professional, which made a real difference to our stay. Breakfast was fresh, with plenty of variety and more than enough to choose from. The room and bed were modern, clean, and very comfortable.
We were pleasantly surprised overall and would highly recommend staying here. If there were a six-star rating, Sudima Christchurch City would absolutely deserve it."
