"Very pleasant and centrally located. Bright, big and modern bathroom. Tiny bedroom but that’s normal for France. Super comfortable bed. One quibble is a lack of closet to hang dresses; that was a rod over a counter with 3 hangers but that wasn’t much."

Je croyais avoir réservé une chambre communicante, mais finalement, c'est plutôt une section privée que nous avons eue : 2 chambres, dans un même couloir qui nous est exclusivement réservé. Bien que j'ai communiqué avec l'hôtel, à multiple reprise, pour leur aviser de notre arrivée hâtive, nous avons tout de même dû attendre pour avoir nos chambres. L'hôtesse est cependant très polie et agréable pour pallier au problème. Mais à quoi bon d'avoir des formulaires, des textos...

"Lovely little hotel in a quiet area of Bolougne. However, they did put me outside in an annex type of accomodation that required climbing 2 and 1/2 stories on a spiral stairway that was pretty tight. If you have large luggage or are not capable of climbing stairs, make sure that you are not put into this room. That said, it was VERY quiet and comfortable."

"I came at 4 to check in because that’s what it says check in time is… they couldn’t get me in my room until 4:25 after I complained. The frame which is the restaurant inside of the hotel… customer service is horrible. No one greets you we say for a good 15 minutes before we were finally offered a drink from the bar. I paid $180 to have someone bring me champagne and macaroons with rose pedals to our room at 9am…. Didn’t come until 9:50 and we then had to rush because we had to catch a train....

"We stayed for two nights during our holiday in Paris. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly from the moment we arrived. Check-in and check-out were both quick and seamless, handled by the same agent, which was a nice touch. On a rainy day, we even had the chance to do a little photoshoot in the lobby.
