The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable. We had some issues with unseemly odors in our room but the team took the time to address it and did their best to remediate the problem. Hamza always greeted us with a smile and Jackson always made our mornings pleasant during breakfast. We overall enjoyed our stay!

Best hotel in Paris!

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The service is phenomenal, the room was so clean, spacious and well decorated. I felt welcome instantly and very safe. When I return to Paris this will be where I stay.

The staff was absolutely incredible. I would stay here again solely because Ali was extremely hospitable and really made our trip special. 15 min walk from the tour Effiel, metro is 3 min walk/ 5 min walk depending on where you’re going Clean clean clean

Cute little hotel, approximately 30 minutes walk fo Eiffel Tower. It’s surrounded by what appears quiet neighborhood with few restaurants in closed approximately. The staff was very nice, helpful and attentive. Breakfast, steamed broccoli, fried eggs and sausage. I really dislike their scrambled eggs but pastry ad breads were tasty.

Great Room and Location for Families

We booked this hotel on a last-minute trip to Paris, and we are so glad that we did. We traveled with two young kids and two adults and stayed in a room with two separate bedrooms. The room is perfect for families! The staff was very friendly, and the facility/rooms were clean. It was also a great location. It's about a 15-20 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, and we preferred it because it was away from the tourist crowd. If you have kids, there is also a park, a mall, and a movie theater that is only 5 minutes walk away. Overall, a great location and property for families!

The room was small but adequate. Staff were EXTREMELY helpful, considerate and kind. AC was not working however Paris was cool/cold so we were able to open sliding glass door and it was comfortable. Towels were excellent with a large shower. You can walk to the Eiffel Tower easily. Cafes, restaurants were close and very good.

Massive kudos to David, General Manager of the hotel. He is so warm and kind. Humble and so helpful to book us the hop on and off bus. David is freaking awesome. He gave us tips for moving around Paris. David and his staff are phenomenol. Service excellence at its finest. Breakfast is so yummy. Hotel premises very clean and well maintained. Room is comfortable. Location is 20 minutes walking distance to the Eiffel tower. You can grab a hop on and off bus from here to all major sights. I ENJOYED this hotel. Thank you, David for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable!!!

Pros: Very friendly staff. Great decor with very clever use of very cosy space. Seemed clean upon entry. Easy check-in. Close to metro, shops and sights. 2 out of 3 days was good fresh breakfast. Coffee machine (bring your own pods) Cons: cleaners will barge in without knocking. Cleaners will make the bed but throw anything on the bed in the floor. Coffee machine was not clean on arrival- I had to empty water and provide pods as only 2 provided. Deposit taken will not be returned until chased as I still haven’t received mine a week later.
