"Absolutely stunning hotel, especially the beautiful outdoor spaces at night and the well-maintained amenities. However, the room I stayed in had a really bad smell and noisy super loud ventilation, which unfortunately disrupted what could have been a peaceful and comfortable stay. Despite that, I definitely loved the hotel and would stay here again."

Tried the black coffee at lobby, it's complimentary but would be better to get local coffee from food market or nearby Altertaste cafe!"

"There is no airport shuttle at the hotel, breakfast at KLCC is bad. Shangri-la golden sand is a lots of children very noisy and musilum prayer very loud early 5 am and thru out the day."
