"I appreciate the property ’s location away from the busy shopping centre. Although it was a considerable distance to walk from the hotel to Greenbelt and into the main street. The lobby’s ambiance, particularly the grand staircase, was most impressive and I was pleased with the city view. The room was clean and spacious. I am grateful to Emil for maintaining the cleanliness of my room during my brief stay. The chef and team were accommodating of my gluten and dairy-free dietary requests. I thank...

"I was there to attend a reunion in nearby restaurant, turned out i did not like the food at the event. I came back at the hotel a little hungry to sleep. it was past 12 midnight and i ordered food from the hotel's restaurant, they are definitely open 24 hrs, all the food from the menu is available. It was delivered by the room service after 20 minutes. I really appreciate that. Prompt and efficient service & very polite staffs. When i go back to the Philippines, i will stay in this hotel...

"in the website in Expedia says the check in starts @ 2pm so we came there before 2pm but they told us that the standard check in in 3pm and we actually got the room 30 minutes after 3, so the website says it wrong and their standard check in was late. But overall experience was good other than the check in that we had to wait for 2 hours in the lobby for the room coming from a long trip"
