"I was blown away at how nice the room was. We had a two bedroom, two bathroom suite. A huge living area, full kitchen, dining table, and balcony. The room was cleaned everyday, with fresh towels and beds made which I feel a lot of hotels only do every other day now. The shower had a rainfall shower head and a handheld. It was nice to have a large space to come back to and relax after a long day. The staff was welcoming and brought extra blankets for us. The pool area was beautiful with many pools to choose from, even an adults only pool with hot tub and small kiddie pool. The drinks from the pool bar were excellent. We loved the pool and hot tub across the street as it was quieter and right on the beach. The whole family loved it here and we would definitely stay here again!"

"Gym is in a sketchy basement, Laundry room was ok, card reader didn't work had to go to the basement to get coins. Considering we were there for the Kona storm the property and rooms were great. The beautiful sliding door that I loved so much the first day became a leaky whistling mess once the storm came in. Still I'd come back again."

"The staff were all super!! They were friendly and helpful during the super crazy Kona storm which made several areas of the hotel wet and prevented some staff from even making it to work, but we were able to spend time enjoying the view from inside and being outside when it wasn't raining. You can hang out in the lobby after check-out and the shuttle drivers are friendly, too. "

"This starves absolutely awful. There was water dripping from the roof and coming in through the bottom of our door. The property was not prepared for the storm. The hotel was able to love us rooms. This room was terrible the carpet was wet the door wouldn’t even close it was so warped from water. The humidity increased and the rain stopped the room started to smell horribly. I could not wait to check out. I would not recommend staying here ever. We were also charged $40 a day for amenities that did not exist. "

"Would give 3.5 stars if I could add a half star. This is one of the newer resorts in Wailea I think. A little further up from the beach but still very close so that shouldn't be a deterrent. Staff were excellent which is the bulk of the 3.5 stars and the pool area is quite beautiful. However- the restaurant is terrible. Ate there multiple times due to no other options because of the Kona storm. Minimal effort, the food is BAD (except the fries, those are great!). Overpriced. At one point I ordered a chicken caesar salad- I got a salad but certainly not that. A pile of lettuce, parmesan shards from a shaker, and a small pile of teriyaki chicken, slightly overcooked. Bizarre. No room service which is disappointing but they have a mobile pick-up service where they put your food in take-out containers and you get it at the front desk. Not much else in terms of amenities. The hotel itself is crazy overpriced for what you get- if they reduced the rooms a little then it would be more understandable. But the staff really are excellent which is the saving grace."

"This is an excellent property for budget travelers. It has a hostel-like vibe with your own bedroom, fan, fridge, and closet. There are clean shared bathrooms, a shared kitchen, and great scenery with a retreat-like atmosphere. "

"The staff is wonderful. We were there for our anniversary and we got complimentary upgrade to executive room, complimentary chocolate dipped strawberry to make it more special. The resort itself is magnificent, the pools are splendid. They have thier own cove which is great to snorkel. We also get to watch the whales from the infinity pool. "
