This hotel has to be one of the best hotels i have personally stayed in. The staff went above and beyond with everything. Prior to my arrival they help me organise trips arrange meals as special surprises for my partners visit. on arrival staff could not do enough for you. We've just returned from our first trip to Prague and first stay at this wonderful hotel and can't praise it highly enough! Nestled in the walls of the castle, the Golden Well is full of charm and character and only 5 minutes walk from Charles Bridge in one direction and 10 minutes from the castle gates in the other direction. Located at the end of Charles bridge made this hotel in perfect location. It was clean, comfortable and the staff were very attentive. Breakfast had everything you could ask for. There was a coffee machine in your room but also the tea and coffee machine was on 24/7 from breakfast. There was complementary pastries on offer in the lobby at all times too. I really couldn’t fault this cozy little hotel apart from the lift being out of order while we were there and being in the top floor.

This was our second visit to this Hotel, the first was a couple of years ago before the recent interior update. Really good position ,right next to the castle, half way up a quite steep hill. Welcomed with a choice of beer or sparkling wine...the beer won! Full of charm and art deco character, it felt like stepping back in time to when hotels were grand and oppulent, but with full modern convenience and luxury.
