"Room was fine but before booking with this hotel I had called to confirm I could request a late check out. I did not mind paying a little extra for it as I understand but when I called, they said I could request a late check out till 3 PM with no charge. I booked the room called to request the late checkout and they told me that they would have to charge me for another night as I stated before the room was fine. "There was a terrible odor all through the hallway. Rooms were just ok except for the sugar ants that were everywhere and our little tiny fridge was rickety and froze everything. I have meds that needed refrigerated and it was a challenge to keep it safe. For the money I’d stay somewhere else. It was a tad disappointing. Staff was pretty nice with the minimal contact we had with them."

"The first room we had the tv was broken. There was no phone to call the front desk and a bug crawled on my leg. We had to go down to the front desk and they gave us another room. This room smelled really bad, like smoke, beer, and liquor. We did get a refund for our second night that I am waiting for it to clear my card. There is an extra fee to use a card of $3 a night and pets are not allowed. We won’t be going back."

"Rooms were a little outdated. Good location, right off of I-95.. there is a Texas Roadhouse within 20 seconds of the front door of the hotel and also a two minute walk to a strip mall with various stores and eateries."

"I like everything about the hotel. The only thing that's a little annoying is all the people hanging out in the smoking area in the back. You walk out there at 2:00 3:00 in the morning and they're still a lot of people out there."

"Loved it! they had live music in the restaurant area from some hours in the afternoon which made the experience so much more pleasant. The bar/restaurant prices were affordable and the beach was beautiful."

"It was a different experience but a wonderful one. It is a small privately run Hotel and we were pleasantly surprised at how updated and clean the rooms were. The outside area is in the middle of being remodeled but it was very convenient to walk down to the beach. We had a full kitchen in the room so once we checked in, we never left. We will definitely be back!"

"This place is such a gem . The staff were amazing and friendly. Marie at the front desk was such a sweet lady. Enjoyed conversations with her while getting my coffee each morning. Cleanliness 10/10. The whole property from the room, pool, restaurant were all really nice and clean. Perfect location .. directly on the beach."
