"Unfortunately, when we arrived, the young woman at the front desk had no understanding of ADA rooms. She put us in a hearing impaired room instead of mobility room. We have stayed in many hotels, and it is not uncommon for this to happen, but I cannot let the comment she said go. When I went to the desk to ask if there was a shower chair available, she said there is a foldable chair in the closet that he can use. I immediately asked a clarifying question, "are you referring to the luggage rack?" She giggled and said I guess so. I was dumbfounded. The hotel did provide a shower chair the following day and they offered to allow us to move rooms, but we had already unpacked, ext. I was very happy otherwise with the hotel. I am hoping that she can get training to better understand ADA. I felt so bad for my husband being told that, he did not deserve that and it definitely changed our trip significantly."

"The room was spatious and spotlessly clean. We were on the second floor and it was very quiet. Great location near the caverns. Super friendly staff member greeted my late arrival with the most pleasant conversation. Thank you! We would stay there again! "

"The pillows were completely flat and uncomfortable, and I tossed and turned all night. There were kids crying, screaming, and running up and down the hallway at 1 AM, which made it impossible to rest. The front desk clerk was rude at check-in. Around 11 PM, the TV service stopped working with a message saying to contact the provider to restore service. The bathroom itself was okay, but there was some nasty-looking residue on the wall outside the tub, which was pretty gross. Overall, this was not a pleasant stay and I won’t be returning."
