"I stayed a week and daily cleaning consists of trash pickup. I got clean towels once. Never new coffee pods had to look for myself. One day hung the sign for room cleaning nothing was done. I left at 9am returned at 8 pm. on a previous trip I tried talking to the manager and he was very rude did not care. Only channel I could get was Netflix it was in Spanish. Luckly my granddaughter was able to help get it in English. The only reason to stay there is the location."

"We recently stayed at the Cambria and felt It was a hidden gem. From the beautifully scented lobby to the wonderful pool, the clean rooms, the friendly staff, the tiny ‘store’ in the lobby for essentials. We were so happy to have found this hotel and loved our 4 night stay."

"Had to drive up late from San Diego for a race in Ventura early the next morning. Arrived at this motel just before 11pm with a fully paid room confirmation - only to be informed that the property was sold out. “I’m so sorry” was all the assistant manager could offer (no solutions or alternatives, or remotely helpful suggestions), all while simultaneously blaming company. That starts with an E and implying that I did something wrong or should have known. Infuriating. The property was booked...

"Room 151. AC was extremely loud. Had to turn off, then hot and couldn’t sleep. Asked young man at front desk to have it serviced in the morning.(he wouldn’t give his name.) Not corrected on second day. Card key failed to open door multiple times, your guest in 256 had similar card key problems. Plaster at tub/shower was spalling. Motel needs much repair."
