"The property was clean and up to date, the staff was friendly and accommodating. My only criticism would be that there wasn't a spare roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, so we has to call for more and wait. Also, next time ill be sure to book a room closer to the elevator because it was a lengthy walk to our room but other than those two minor inconveniences, everything was great and ill definitely be back."

"One reason i booked was expedia review about breakfast which is completely incorrect. They just have basic cold breakfast compared to much better breakfast i had at other places. Also the breakfast counter is so small that you need to wait long. I would never stay here. Stayed here 7 days and it was not upto the mark. Look at google reviews which is more accurate."

"Very clean room and beds were comfortable. There were no towel racks in bathroom so there was no where to hang your towel. No hooks either. It would be nice to add those to the blank walls. We were also in an adjoining room and we heard the girls in the room laugh and talk early morning and late at night through the door that joins our rooms. No insulation to block noise. We were not with them. No privacy. It sounded like they were in our room. I had to wear ear plugs 4 days of this...

"Overall clean. Fire station across the street. The shuttle isn’t available based on first come first serve at this hotel, it’s based on FCFS at the Doubletree. Fairfield Inn gets what is left over. "

"Room rate was the attraction for us as it was close to Universal Studios and central to our vacation plans. Not only were the room rates great but the hotel was clean and nice. We had a washer and dryer as well on our floor that we used mid week. Overall it was a great hotel."

"Good location, very close to universal studio. They offer free cookies during our stay and they provide free shuttle to the universal. Front desk is quick with their services. Very business-like with many conferences."

"Room wasn’t clean, dead roaches on the floor, hair on the bathroom floor and our sheets had blood stains on them. Staff was absolutely phenomenal though. Hot water doesn’t get hot in the shower either. No lights in the parking lot by the pool. Breakfast was ok. Only 1 waffle maker and 100 people trying to use it at the same time. "
