"I took my husband here for his birthday. As a former Disney employee we've been to a good amount of hotels in the Orlando area mainly Disney hotels and some outside of Disney. This hotel was amazing for the price. If you are on a budget or just want something more affordable this is a great option. The service, cleanliness, staff, convenience was such a good experience. We didn't have any issues. Very streamlined process. But our favorite part was the food and food options. They had so much variety and the food actually tasted good. Compared to other hotels we've visited where the food was bland and overpriced. We already decided we are going to be coming back and checking out other universal hotels as this was our first experience at one of their hotels. And it was a great one. "

"Everything was amazing!! The staff was so nice, they upgraded us to a complimentary suite! Bar staff was nice, and when we needed a replacement for conditioner in the shower, they were so fast and nice! Our pizza from the cafe was burnt but it happens and the volume for the TVs wouldn’t go higher than 19 which was odd but we LOVED our stay! 10/10 will do it again!"

"Beautiful property, including the beautifully landscaped Villa pool. Room was very comfortable. Mama Della’s Ristorante was charming and the food was delicious. Buffet breakfast at Trattoria del Porto was also delicious but the chafing dishes didn’t keep the food hot enough. Our waiter, Bryan, was a gem!"
