"Nice place, 2 bedroom suite was big and beds were nice but the pull out couch was the worse ever. Springs in your back and the blanket was so scratchy. Couldn't use it at all, needs to be trashed and updated for sure.It cost me $18.00 to do 1 small load of clothes in their laundry room. A little box of tide was $5, 2 dryer sheets in 1 box was $5 and it cost $4 to wash a little load and $4 for the dryer. Seems a little high to me, glad I only needed to do 1 load."

"Die Unterkunft selbst war top, kostenloser Transfer zu den Universal Studios und auch wieder zurück. Als unverschämt empfand ich es, dass man für das Parken auf dem normalen Hotelparkplatz pro Nacht 28 Dollar (24€) zahlen muss. So etwas habe ich in Orlando noch nicht erlebt, kannte es nur von Miami. In Miami Beach die Tage vorher habe ich für das Parkhaus nur 20 Dollar pro Nacht bezahlt."

Room cleaning was okay, I asked them to provide extra towels one day, but it did not happen. So I did not ask them again. Another thing surprised me is they only make the beds and took the garbages out, they do not touch the used glasses around the room. "A very old dear friend and I met there for a long overdue reunion. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The towels were sparkling white and new. Loved that! The breakfast was surprisingly good, fresh scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes and hot oatmeal cereal and breads and pastries and fruit. Lots of hot coffee and friendly service. Very reasonably priced. Booked through Expedia. All in all an excellent experience."

"Very inexpensive for the time we were there (not peak) and met the need for a place to stay for one quick night, so ultimately it was fine but if you are staying multiple nights for a vacation, I recommend choosing a different property as the building is a bit old and the customer service was hit and miss."

"We were only there for one night but the room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The air conditioner was a bit noisy but not bad enough to keep me awake. The only thing that bothered me was that the window curtains did not wrap around the window. So the light was shining right on my face as soon as tge sun was up. I like a dark room. The was a bit on noise from the use of the ice machine as well. But all in all I would definitely recommend and stay there again."

If I could have asked for anything more at all it would have been a stocked mini fridge for the VIP room, but they had options down the hall in the lounge and steady access to ice and cold water, cola. Worth every penny for the express pass alone, but they really made it a memorable time for our small bachelor party group. We cannot thank their staff enough for their kindness and positive vibes."

"Staff were really helpful. There is also an authorised ticket counter at the hotel where you buy tickets to all attractions and they were usually cheaper than getting it online. The hotel is very central and walking distance to a lot of shops and attractions. Didn’t get to use the pool, but we will definitely stay here again."
