"Everything was really good."

"The staff is really nice. The hotel is close to the parks, the shuttle runs frequently getting to and from is pretty easy. It's clean, the rooms are a good size and priced fairly for the area. The facilities are nice, the pool, the gym, etc. Some things that could be improved. Issues with the room keys not working, it's a big property so if you have to go back to the front desk to fix it after a day at the park it's not what you want to do at that point. Parking is not included in the room price and it's not clearly stated ahead of time, it is a little less expensive than parking at Universal. There is no direct access to the garage, you have to go outside the hotel to the garage. There is an outdoor bar, but no food service. You will need to go inside to order food. On a whole, it's a good value."

"The front desk staff member was very nice. The smell throughout the hotel was a bit much for me, I saw they had a restaurant but I don't believe it was that. We also arrived early and expected to ride the shuttle to Universal and was disappointed to hear it only ran once at 8:45am & 6pm. I also was disappointed in their breakfast option. Overall I would not select this hotel again, as we didn't save money having to provide all the amenities ourselves."

"The room at Lowes Royal Pacific looked tired, not expected of a premium priced hotel. The reception staff appeared too busy to care, possibly due to the constant churn of daily check ins and outs (maybe a consequence of people booking a single night because it's cheaper than purchasing express passes for two days). The cocktails in the bar were good, and reasonably priced for decent cocktails. The hotel was very conveniently located for IOA and US, the boat between the hotel and city walk is a nice touch. Overall, rather underwhelmed by the whole experience and not worth the premium price. Much prefer the better value, attentive staff and less frills of the Endless Summer resorts, particularly Surfside which is the smaller of the two."

"My kids and I loved this hotel! Happy with our stay and will be visiting again next time we head to Orlando. The hotel has a Starbucks, gift shop, rooftop bar with great views. My only complaint is that upon arrival, my kids and I headed to the rooftop bar to eat, and the glass with the Moscato I ordered looked like it had spit in it or something in it. I told the waitress and she got another from the bar tender. That was a little bit concerning. But the check-in went smooth and they got us in early, pool, the shuttle to Universal studios, the fire-grilled pizza on the main level, the fire pit by the pool, and the walk-up cafe made it so convenient to grab quick bites to eat, and we really Loved our stay overall so much!"
