"The property was very clean and nice. Only thing that’s changed since we last stay about 9 months ago is you only get your room cleaned every other day the last time we stayed it was every day. "

"For a rate of about $155/night, my stay felt 4 or 5 star in quality. I rate it primarily on how new, clean, and functional everything was. This was renovated in 2024 and I hope they can keep the feel.
Dehumidifier must be working overtime. Hotel was clean and dry throughout. Air conditioner worked quickly and perfectly. Relatively quiet and no rattling. Could be turned to heat or off settings as well.
Minor issue in that my shower was very hot at full pressure. So I had to back it off...

"It was seemless getting into my room, being able to send my merchandise I purchased in the park to the hotel for me was the most useful thing and the staff was amazing. I went on this trip for my birthday and brought my kids. They loved it, I loved it and I would absolutely return. "
"Brilliant location, early access to parks and transport great. Best bit was own gate to volcano bay and the onsite lazy river. We had a family suite which was great as kitchen area and full size fridge handy! Would stay again in a heartbeat."
"Amazing hotel. Flawless. It's a shame we didn’t have more time to enjoy the amenities, because we were visiting the parks and would come back exhausted, go straight to shower and sleep."

"The apartment was beautiful, very clean and brand new. It has everything you need in kitchen. The staff at the check in was very welcoming. I only want to point out a thing here, my 2 yrs old boy while playing on the water park for kids he pooped on his diaper, things/accidents happens, and for every person with toddlers Im sure they know what Im talking about, the safe guard covered her nose, in a very rude manner and he started to tell everybody and they all laughed.
