"The hotel room was very spacious and clean. Loved the 3 tv's. Never heard a peep from the other rooms. Staff were wonderful, everyone was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok but no sausage or bacon. We did make use of the shuttle to the parks but feel they dont run often enough. We would stay here again because as a whole its a great hotel. Clean, spacious, quiet and near the parks"

"The hotel is clean and well maintained. The hallways are clean and well lit and quiet. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable, mattress just right firmness and the pillows comfy. The bathroom was big and updated and the bathtub clean and the shower water pressure amazing ! Only negative experience I had was at the check in. The gentleman was rude . But the next day there was someone lease at the desk and they were pleasant ."

"The staff and upkeep of the property was good. However, the floor in the kitchenette area of the room I stayed in was sticky. I reported the issue at it was taken care of the next day. I will definitely consider staying there in the future!"

"Clean but pretty average. No fridge, the hotel food options left something to be desired. Check-in was nice and front desk very helpful. Didn’t take advantage of bus or boat service to the parks though it is offered. The pool is gorgeous but you see a lot of abandoned trays of food sitting out in the sun next to the beach chairs and toys scattered all around "

"Good location, very close to universal studio. They offer free cookies during our stay and they provide free shuttle to the universal. Front desk is quick with their services. Very business-like with many conferences."

"I will not stay at a Residence Inn again. First, at check-in, we were told our room was no longer available for the first time. They reduced our rate by $100 per night. The room was not worth the reduced rate. The furniture was worn and torn, the sofa bed was stained and the room was not what we needed nor was it anything near the picture we were sent. Second, the cable was out for over 24 hours. Nothing like missing playoff games. Third, junk fees. A charge for using a Mastercard?!? Never...

"Breakfast being included was a HUGE win for me personally making the decision onto where to book. Unfortunately breakfast was a huge let down. Boiled eggs, packet oatmeal, bagels and cereal were the only options available. The beds were definitely comfortable and the pillows deflated. Overall the location is amazing with everything being so close by. I would stay here again, I’ll just bring my own pillows next time ✨"
