"We enjoyed our stay , rooms were clean , heated pool tha closed at a good time (10pm) not too early like most hotels , good breakfast .. only downside is it’s about $30 a night to park which is incredibly ridiculous- having to pay for parking at a hotel should not be a thing but unfortunately here it is"

"The staff and upkeep of the property was good. However, the floor in the kitchenette area of the room I stayed in was sticky. I reported the issue at it was taken care of the next day. I will definitely consider staying there in the future!"

"The kickback is an amazing perk! Definitely my favorite part of my stay. However, other issues arises. We were on the 8th floor and it was 78 in our room. Windows have condensation and room would not cool down. I called main line for assistance around 6:45pm, Lisa answered and was speaking to me as if my request for cooling the room down was dumb. I said “ we checked in early at 11am our room was at 75, it is now at 78 and we’ve tried turning the temp down to 65 (which we did prior to going to...

"Breakfast was fresh and staff friendly and helpful"

"Clean but pretty average. No fridge, the hotel food options left something to be desired. Check-in was nice and front desk very helpful. Didn’t take advantage of bus or boat service to the parks though it is offered. The pool is gorgeous but you see a lot of abandoned trays of food sitting out in the sun next to the beach chairs and toys scattered all around "

"Good location, very close to universal studio. They offer free cookies during our stay and they provide free shuttle to the universal. Front desk is quick with their services. Very business-like with many conferences."

"Nous avons séjourné 6 jours en avril 2026. Le petit déjeuner était super mais j’aurais aimer pouvoir y aller un peu plus tard que 9h30. Le service d’un employé pour gérer les demandes à propos de Universal était super. La navette vers Universal passe 4 fois matin et soir et donne donc différents choix selon vos besoins. Le personnel très courtois. J’y retournerais sans hésitation. La distance de marche entre l’hôtel et Universal est de 25 à 30 minutes. Nous l’avons marché 1 fois."
