"This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. The room didn’t even have comforters on the beds, so we were uncomfortable from the moment we arrived. The ice machine was broken, and we found a huge spider in our room, which was disgusting and made us question the cleanliness of the hotel. The beds were hard and very uncomfortable, making it difficult to get any decent sleep. To top it all off, breakfast isn’t even included, which is disappointing considering the price. "The staff was super nice! Breakfast was not too bad. Loved the check out time. The only item that we found not as great was the room or rather the bed. It was not comfortable and the air went was aimed to directly blow on top of our heads. We were not able to adjust where the air blows. Some of the furniture has seen better days. But the bathroom was updated and I appreciate a clean bathroom."

"This is a good hotel and is in close proximity to major activities. However, the breakfast fell short. My family is allergic to eggs especially my daughter who has a very bad reaction to eggs. The only protein offered was cold hard boiled eggs. I asked the staff if they would be putting out sausage or bacon or something else and she told me only eggs will be offered. There was bread, small bagels, corn flakes. So if you a breakfast person and have egg allergies bear this in mind."

"Pool and indoor games are nice for children. The fitness center was okay but had out of service cardio equipment. Bathrooms were locked near the fitness center so you had to walk to another tower to use the restroom. A body building completion was going on and there was no soap in the women’s restroom.
