"My kids and I loved this hotel! Happy with our stay and will be visiting again next time we head to Orlando. The hotel has a Starbucks, gift shop, rooftop bar with great views. My only complaint is that upon arrival, my kids and I headed to the rooftop bar to eat, and the glass with the Moscato I ordered looked like it had spit in it or something in it. I told the waitress and she got another from the bar tender. That was a little bit concerning. But the check-in went smooth and they got us in...

"Stayed 5 nights here. Friendly staff and easy checkin. Free shuttle to Universal Studio. We missed shuttle but Uber only costed $7 for us. Our family loves the bright and spacious room facing the pool. Full kitchen has everything we need to cook simple meals. No tub but the shower has good water pressure and is easy to get in and out. Breakfast is good. Overall, solid choice if you are looking for a room with kitchen near Universal. "

"I was disappointed with the hotel breakfast. The options were very limited, consisting mainly of bagels, cold cereal, and cold items. I would have preferred a hot breakfast, which is typically expected when breakfast is included. If a hotel chooses to offer breakfast, it should be enjoyable and meet basic expectations. Otherwise, it may be better not to offer it at all."

"I reserved and paid for this room from Friday to Sunday. I notified the hotel that I was going to be arriving at the property at 7 am on Saturday since I had an overnight flight and needed the room to sleep and rest on Saturday morning. I called Friday before boarding to confirm… the staff was the most unprofessional, rude person who responded that since I was a no show my room may not be available at 7 am. And that I had to pay per hour for early check in. How is that possible if check out...
