"Amazing place to stay for our trip to Universal Studios! The hotel had a shuttle each day in the morning and night time. Always right on time and always had enough room. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious each day with lots of variety. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. They also had coffee and hot water always available which was pleasant. Great location and easy to get in and out of with free parking! Couldn’t recommend enough! Come and enjoy! "

"The room was really nice, we enjoyed our stay. However, housekeeping never came once and when asked to come for my boyfriends surprise, they never showed up to clean. The one Hispanic lady downstairs wasn’t very welcoming. The computers weren’t working. There was hair in the tub. And ants all in the bathroom. The room was nice, but wasn’t kept to standard for our entire stay. And when asked how it was, I explained to the lady receptionist and she said “oh well I’m sorry” but no accommodations. "

"Our room is extremely clean well stocked the kids love the theme room arcade was nice. Everyone really enjoyed the polls. The staff at the restaurant bar were super friendly. The food was pretty good for poolside food…nothing too fancy but good enough. Lots of great food options close by and really good proximity to Universal Studios. Definitely would visit again."
