"Great stay and the breakfast was actually pretty good. The pool was nice and the rooms were kept well. It was pretty clean but I think some areas I felt could have been a bit cleaner. The parking lot was on the smaller side but thankfully I didn’t have too much trouble finding a spot. Staff was very friendly. Overall was a great stay!"

"Nous avons séjourné 6 jours en avril 2026. Le petit déjeuner était super mais j’aurais aimer pouvoir y aller un peu plus tard que 9h30. Le service d’un employé pour gérer les demandes à propos de Universal était super. La navette vers Universal passe 4 fois matin et soir et donne donc différents choix selon vos besoins. Le personnel très courtois. J’y retournerais sans hésitation. La distance de marche entre l’hôtel et Universal est de 25 à 30 minutes. Nous l’avons marché 1 fois."

"Este hotel es súper conveniente porque esta enfrente del parque de Universal. Tiene un buen precio para el desayuno y cerca puedes encontrar buenos restaurantes. El personal es muy atento y con mucha disposicion de ayudar si asi lo necesitas, por ejemplo explicarte acerca de los transportes a los parques."

"Good location, very close to universal studio. They offer free cookies during our stay and they provide free shuttle to the universal. Front desk is quick with their services. Very business-like with many conferences."

"Everything was fair for the price. The hot breakfast was a plus. The property was clean, the room was clean. The shuttle schedule to the parks could have been better, but I would stay again."

"There were small roaches in the room, a bad odor when we first arrived (apparently from the carpet and the air conditioner), and the tub was rusted. The breakfast was okay."
