"The staff were amazing and helpful. Everyone was welcoming. From checking in to checking out, everything was smooth. Our suite was very clean and extremely spacious. We had a great view of the fireworks every night. Would definitely stay here again."

"I had a king bed was sorta old and it sagged put a lot of pressure on my back. Had to roll up a small towel so it will give me more support for my back. AC unit was loud. Bathroom was a tub with a shower and water turn on and off was way loose almost about to fall off. When you turn on the bathroom light the exhaust fan would also come on. No way of turning that off and it was loud. When I to go to restroom middle of the night that exhaust fan would come on as I turn on the light which disturbed...

"Despite paying in advance front desk had no record of my booking. I showed them my printed hard copy & phone app. They refused to believe I had a booking. The front desk checked, doubled checked, treble checked & then phoned a manager. Turned out my booking was there but the poorly trained staffed did not know how to use their system and blamed someone else for not doing their job properly. 20 minutes to check-in. I was asked to pay a resort fee (for what exactly?) & a refundable security fee....
