However, we encountered a very rude front desk staff member both during our evening check-in and when we arrived back late to the hotel one night. There was no parking spot in the lot available for us that night, and we asked what to do and received a very rude response of “have you ever parked at the curb? "I had a king bed was sorta old and it sagged put a lot of pressure on my back. Had to roll up a small towel so it will give me more support for my back. AC unit was loud. Bathroom was a tub with a shower and water turn on and off was way loose almost about to fall off. When you turn on the bathroom light the exhaust fan would also come on. No way of turning that off and it was loud. When I to go to restroom middle of the night that exhaust fan would come on as I turn on the light which disturbed...
