"I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, but this visit was a huge disappointment! They forced a $10 Wi-Fi charge on me, claiming I had connected to the "premium" network—even though there were absolutely no prompts or options displayed when connecting to the hotel Wi-Fi. We were just here for a vacation; we weren't even at the hotel during the day—we only came back at night to sleep. It’s ridiculous!
