"The property and our room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the usual hotel complimentary breakfast. Close to shopping outlet malls and Universal parks. The only issue we encountered is the restaurant options nearby are not great and the hotel itself only has snacks for sale."

"NOISY!! This is wedged in the corner of multiple highways. It is directly across from universal Studios parks, which is convenient but at midnight when everyone comes back from the parks and you hear door slamming for a close to an hour. "

"Amazing place to stay for our trip to Universal Studios! The hotel had a shuttle each day in the morning and night time. Always right on time and always had enough room. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious each day with lots of variety. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. They also had coffee and hot water always available which was pleasant. Great location and easy to get in and out of with free parking! Couldn’t recommend enough! Come and enjoy! "

"Good clean property, amazing location. Nice modern finishing with all you need. My only negatives would be that there are no tvs or mirrors in the other bedrooms this I feel should be mentioned as most presume this is a given these days. Also can be very noisy at night with traffic noise especially without having a tv to block the noise. Also the WiFi connection is pretty poor which meant we quite often couldn’t use. "
