"Very nice stay, good neighborhood, easy access to property. Excellent staff very helpful. Miss Maha and Mr. Ahmed always ready to help and assist. 24/7 front desk . Transportation you should be familiar with transportation apps to use it or you have a car.furniture is good condition and clean. Cleaning services could be requested through front desk. I reserved the 2 bedroom suite and it’s spacious and comfortable good for 3 to 4 or small family. Excellent stay and would repeat it again anytime. "

"I’m surprised the ratings for this hotel were a 6. It doesn’t deserve that. This is a very nice hotel with a convenient location near the pyramids and the national museum. The aesthetics are nice and the pool is lovely. The food is excellent however the staff doing room service really needs classes in English. Or change the menu to number options. "Grauenhaft!!! Bloß nicht buchen. Es gibt wie bei Expedia beschrieben keine Leistungen vor Ort. Nach alles musste gefragt werden. Von 3 mal Frühstück 1 mal bekommen. Kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen. Alles Fürchterlich lediglich das Zimmer gut aber wird nicht gereinigt. Balkon war die Sicht auf die Pyramiden und Museum Gut."
