"Very nice stay, good neighborhood, easy access to property. Excellent staff very helpful. Miss Maha and Mr. Ahmed always ready to help and assist. 24/7 front desk . Transportation you should be familiar with transportation apps to use it or you have a car.furniture is good condition and clean. Cleaning services could be requested through front desk. I reserved the 2 bedroom suite and it’s spacious and comfortable good for 3 to 4 or small family. Excellent stay and would repeat it again anytime. "

"Our stay at the Hyatt Centric Cairo West was great. The hotel was very clean — every time you reached your floor, you were greeted with a delicious, fresh scent, and the rooms were spotless. The staff were quick to answer any questions we had. The pool was very nice, though we only got to use it one day.
