"Night check in was not good. They charged me a deposit which was NOT returned the next day as promised. And they weren’t even apologetic about it. The shuttle stops serving at 9 pm, not 12pm. But! The day time shuttle driver was awesome and helpful and kind. And the pool was lovely."

"I loved this location. It’s basically secluded since it’s found at the back of a shopping plaza area. The staff was friendly and well versed in doing their job. The room was very spacious and cleaned. You have the option to customize your kitchen, you’ll call the front desk to request utensils, cutting board, pots, toaster, tea pot or coffee maker which ever or all from the available options. "Everything was perfect except the shuttle driver dropped 2 females on arrival level with 7 pcs luggage for our departure! When we told him he said just walk inside, across the roadway, and take the elevator that he cannot go on the upper level. Sounds simple but not for 2 people with 7 pieces luggage.
